Would be nice to be able to perform a warm transfer, or merge call so that you might be able to explain a bit of the situation to the person receiving the call. Or just to be able to bring another advisor on the line and merge them into the call.

Yes please. This is super important. Also sending the customer to an answering machine is very sad.

Ability to transfer a call is needed so we are not leaving customers hanging. I don't like having to tell a customer someone will call them back when we could just transfer the call.

Needs to be tied together with request 'Live Call Transfer Warm Hand-Off.' Having the ability to have a three-way conversation with the customer included or two-way with the other advisor before transferring the customer would both be useful.
