Kurt Banwart: This is great! Thanks for getting this feature added. One further step to add would be linking the customer contact to an ops center org to make it seamless when fetching jdlink data or starting RDA. Thanks again!

Yes. Link a contact to an organization and have a list of machines to select when they create a ticket. Similar to service advisors direct RDA link. I would pay more for this feature.

RDA is the best way to solve issues on a 4600/4640 in field, the value of Expert Connect would sky rocket if we had a one button click to have remote display access session with our partners on operations center. I can't stress enough the importance of RDA when it comes to timely resolution of issues for our customers.

This would be an excellent feature to launch a RDA Session/Window from within AgriSync; Would be Very Handy
