Reintroducing Video Calls

The live video calling functionality has been reintroduced in ExpertConnect. Advisors can initiate a video call via the web dashboard or Android mobile app. This feature will be reintroduced on the iOS mobile app with a larger update later this year. Customers can join a video call from any mobile device via the link sent when the advisor initiates the call. Please review this help article for more information.
