Separate Closed Ticket Filter

Today, you can see your unassigned, assigned, and closed tickets on your dashboard and can only sort by archived tickets. It would be helpful to have the ability to see only unassigned and assigned tickets, and have a filter to see only closed tickets.

On the web dashboard, users can filter the status column and include multiple status types.

I agree with this. In status there should be the option to view all but exclude closed tickets.
