Don't force tag upon closing

Allow Advisor to close ticket without selecting a Tag. When closing ticket via mobile or web, AgriSync forces user to select a Tag. The problem here is that the Advisor may already have the appropriate tags selected prior to closing. Solution: Add a "Close" or "X out" option to the tagging popup. See attached mockup.

We recently released the ability to have Auto Team Tags. While this doesn't mean you can forgo tagging every ticket, it does mean that we can enable this feature for any teams of your choice and once enabled you will go into your team settings select as many Auto Team Tags as you choose, and then after a call you won't have to select any tags because they will be auto-selected.
If you would like this feature enabled for your organization please email help@agrisync.com and specify which teams you would like this option to appear for.

Yes the force adding a tag on the mobile app is not necessary and annoying.

I would like to add that I don't see it necessary to add tags after each encounter with a customer. When an advisor calls a customer back through the app they are forced to add a Tag when they finish the call. Most of these calls are usually a follow up and the tags have already been submitted.
