Would be nice to be able to enter the customer business system account number in one time in contacts list and it carry over to any future tickets created by that customer-- would speed up any billing processes if/when we decide to bill for the calls. today have to go into every ticket, look up the customer and then manually enter in the account number to the ticket.

I feel it would be of a huge advantage to be able to group contacts into a group per farm. So would be great to have a farm page that you can add contacts to. then it would be great to be able to add tags to this group of people. Such as package customer or PAYG for example. Then be able to look at ticket per farm and be able to see all time tracked. I feel this would be a great feature and feel it would have been a great addition to the 3.0 release. Im not a fan of the segments and I understand that eventually there will be unlimited segments but just now 20 is not enough.

Hi Voters! We have added in two new fields for Account # and Organization to the Contacts page. We have a few additional improvements we'll be making over the next 1-2 weeks to these fields including the ability to bulk import these fields, download reports & view in Insights, and mostly importantly view inside of a customer's ticket. Our old Account # field in a ticket will be removed and replaced with the new contact pop-out that you see in the Contacts page. We will update you all when these changes have been implemented. Also be able to group multiple phone numbers into one customer account. Instead if a farmer has 4 workers they all have different cell phone numbers so we have 4 different contacts in our list. If could setup one contact "Farm Name" and load multiple cell phones with employee names that would be great.

This is one I asked for a while back. This would cut back on steps we have to do to fill out our tickets. The company section in contacts should work this way in my opinion.
