It would be really nice to be able to have notes from ExpertConnect transfer directly over into Service Deliver/Service Technician to generate a Work Order from ExpertConnect. We could then take calls and put them directly onto the technician's dashboard, so they can see what has been done and we can charge right away.

We're excited to announce our integration with Service Delivery is now available.
You can now generate draft work orders directly from ExpertConnect. These will appear in the alerts queue in Service Delivery's Notification Center (similar to Expert Alerts).

How would you like to handle the job code?
Is there a standard job code you would use for all work orders created from ExpertConnect, or would you like the ability to enter a job code for each work order?

Good news! This feature is currently in development and we expect it to be available later this year.
As of now, we're anticipating a new button in ExpertConnect to create a draft work order.
This would push the ticket to the Notification Center in Service Delivery so the work order could be generated.
