Good news - transcripts are now available following the completion of a call.
You'll also see a title/summary of the call as well as any action items mentioned on the call, such as "Let me see if we have that available and give you a call back."
This is automatically enabled for teams with call recording turned on.
If you don't yet have call recording enabled, send an email to expertconnect@johndeere.com with the subject line "Enable call recording" and we'll take it from there.

Kurt Banwart: Will the transcript be sent in the shareable link that is sent to CCMS/DTAC? That is a big gap right now when most of the interaction was through a call.

Chris H.: This is great feedback! Initially the transcripts will only be visible to those who are logged in to ExpertConnect.
However, we're working on some new permissions that would allow DTAC to see more details. Great to hear the transcripts would be valuable for them
