The ability to auto archive tickets went live this morning! You can find the feature within your Team Settings. A few points:
- The number you set will be in days so if you want 3 months, type in 90 days.
- This will only affect CLOSED tickets. So if you have an open/assigned ticket that has had no activity, this feature will not help. The tickets must be closed before they become archived.
- Once you enable this feature then all historical tickets that meet that criteria will be archived. So if you have 1000 closed tickets and they haven't had any activity for more than you set your Auto-Archive for then those will be auto-archived.

Hi,. I like this idea. We would likely make this a setting in your account where you could pick the time duration before a ticket is auto-archived. We'll consider the request!
