This would not be good for our dealership. We bill labor off of closed tickets and they are archived after they are billed. It would be difficult if the tickets automatically archived before they got billed.

@Cheri K.: Makes sense, if they happen to provide this feature I would hope it's a per client setting so that each of us can turn it on or off respectively.

@Joel Rodencal, @Cheri K.: If we introduce this feature, it will be an optional feature at the company level that would be default to off unless you change it :)

Hi, @Joel Rodencal. I like this idea. We would likely make this a setting in your account where you could pick the time duration before a ticket is auto-archived. We'll consider the request!

@Josie Burgett: yeah it came about yesterday as I finally decided to Archive tickets to help clean up the main dashboard and I have over 5000 tickets to Archive and only being able to do 100 at a time it took a little bit.
