This is would be nice, but I think this should have to be approved by the Manager of the team prior to it happening. This can avoid and or negate any improper use or behavior's of staff.

To add to this, if all advisors are offline it would be nice to automatically move to the next step in the ring logic without delay. This would be like the zero agent logic in some other phone systems. If someone is online, it rings there. If not, it rolls immediately to the next step whether that be another advisor, group, or voice message or whatever.

Would like for an assigned ticket (not yet closed) to ring to that assigned advisor even if they are not on the schedule.

Build a searchable list into a tab on the Team Stream window to see an Advisor's Status (On another call/available/out of office, etc.)
