The ability to turn off your camera as an advisor during a video call just went live this morning. On the attached screenshot notice the camera button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Toggle this to turn the camera on and off.

Ian Zimmerman: This is great but it would be nice to have the option before the call is established. Like as a setting or right after the call is placed. As far as i can tell i can't turn off my camera until the customer has answered.
